Bridgeway Financial Consulting & Tax Services is built on the strong foundation of over 35 years of accounting expertise and a commitment to impeccable service. Originally known as the Accounting Center and Tax Services (ACTS), Bridgeway continues the legacy of Timothy Pinkleman, a seasoned CPA and financial expert, whose mentorship and dedication have shaped the practice into what it is today.
Now led by Connor Hutchison, a licensed financial planner, Bridgeway blends decades of experience with modern financial strategies to help clients achieve their goals. From its rich history to its innovative approach to tax planning and wealth building, Bridgeway is more than a practice—it’s a partner in your success.
MEET THE TEAM
CONNOR HUTCHISON, EA, CFP - FOUNDER
Born and raised in Lambertville, Michigan, Connor traveled to Tiffin, Ohio where he attended Heidelberg University, achieving a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree. While in college, he played basketball and obtained 4 varsity letters before hanging it up.
His love for business started in school where he began his journey as a tax intern several years ago. Upon graduation, he quickly climbed the ranks where he previously acted as CEO of CAM Tax, a local tax prep shop. Also, working under ACTS since 2021.
Connor specializes in investments as well where he currently works as a wealth management advisor with Croak Capital. It’s his ultimate goal to marry investments and taxes to provide clients with the best strategies to build long term wealth. Using this strategy, Connor started Bridgeway to utilize his strengths and allow more people to exercise an in-depth financial plan.
Outside of work, you can catch Connor staying active at Forest View Lanes playing Volleyball or trying out a new golf course in the summers!
LORI KING, CPA
Originally from Norwalk, Ohio, Lori traveled a short distance to Tiffin, Ohio, where she attended Tiffin University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Following school, she passed the CPA exam in 1991 and has been living out her passions as an accountant ever since. Her roots run deep as she’s been with Accounting Center & Tax Services for over 30 years.
Outside of work, Lori has been married for over 35 years which has made her a mother of 3. While she loves her kids endlessly, her new hobbies revolve around 5 grandchildren. Very excited for the future, Bridgeway will allow Lori to continue relationships with clients, some which date back over 25 years! We’re happy to have someone so skilled apart of our team.
Sarah Cooley: Tax Preparer & Bookkeeper
Sarah was raised in Dundee, Michigan before moving to Monroe, Michigan. She commuted from Monroe and attended the University of Toledo. There she earned her bachelor’s in Accounting and graduated in 2023. During college she worked various internships, one of these internships being with ACTS where she learned the tax sector was a perfect fit.
Sarah is currently working on earning her CPA. Outside of work and CPA studying, Sarah spends her time with her husband and their two cats, Mush and El. She loves traveling to northern Michigan with her family during all times of the year. When her and her husband are not traveling, Sarah loves seeing the newest movies at the theater, reading books, and snuggling with her cats.
